1, preside over the daily  morning meeting, sum up the work of the previous day, improve the  problems that have arisen, and arrange work tasks for the day and  communicate the guidelines and policies of the company;
2.  According to the production plan, reasonable deployment, training of  personnel and tools, equipment, to ensure that the plan is reached,  improve production efficiency;
3. Execution  and archiving of the first five inspections; verification of materials,  processes, and first parts prior to operation;
4.  Strictly require the operator to work according to the process  standards; familiar with the product process and quality control;
5.  To cultivate awareness of improvement, analyze and improve the problems  that arise, and continuously improve the production quality and work  efficiency of the production line;
6, can  effectively control the material loss, reduce man-made bad; timely  processing, reporting and tracking of production abnormalities;

 Requirements

1. High school education or above
2. More than 3 years production line management experience.
3, familiar with electronic product assembly process
4, have good leadership and communication skills, able to work independently
